- Bookings for 10 or more adults will be charged at the time of booking.
- Smaller numbers will be charged closer to the Night

Te Vara Nui reserves the right to request proof of child ages upon arrival

| Cancellations made 24 hours prior to tour |
– No penalty applies/small cancellation fees may apply |
| Between 13 Hours & 24 Hours prior to tour |
– 25% of total Tour cost will be charged |
| 12 Hours or less prior to tour |
– 50% of Tour cost will be charged |
| No Shows |
– 100% of Tour price will be charged – no refunds |
